Quality Control

All our garments are lovingly inspected, washed, steamed and prepared for our customers. This means they are COVID free and good to go! All our items are preloved and so may have some flaws or imperfections, these will noted on shop labels or online descriptions, so please read descriptions carefully. Items are sold as seen.


Here at VV we pride ourselves on matching you with the perfect purchase. If you find you’re not totally satisfied with your item you can exchange instore or return by post at your own cost.

As we are a charity we are happy to exchange your chosen item for another item at the same price or you can pay the price difference; unfortunately, there isn’t a refund option as its too costly for the Foundation.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we will calculate the cost of postage and message you to arrange delivery at your cost. ​Please contact us

How do I track my order?
We use HERMES for our delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number on point of postage. ​

What are your delivery options?
You can either ‘Click & Collect’ or your item will be posted via the Hermes delivery service.

How do we return an item?
You have 21 days to ‘return’ an item in the condition it was purchased in for an EXCHANGE only. ​ Please contact us

How do I contact your courier?
If you have an issue with your delivery you can contact Hermes using your tracking number provided.

How to find us

We are inside the Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington. The Vintage Viola store is located between Primark and the Old Market Place. As we are in the town centre you can get to us via car, bus and train. There are several car parks and the centre caters for disabled access.
